According to the Ministry of Education's "Regulations on the Administration of National Postgraduate Enrollment Work in 2024" (Teaching [2023] No. 2), "Notice on the Re-examination Admission of National Postgraduate students in 2024" (Department of Teaching [2024] No. 1), "Notice on Further standardizing and Strengthening Postgraduate Enrollment work" (Teaching Office [2019] No. 2), etc The spirit of the documents related to graduate student enrollment and the charter of Enrollment of Master students in 2024 of our university, combined with the actual situation of our college, we hereby formulate the working rules for the admission of re-examination.

I.the principle of re-examination work

(1) Adhere to comprehensive evaluation and improve the quality of enrollment. To carry out the fundamental task of promoting morality and cultivating people, we must adhere to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, the United States and labor, take morality as the important content of the re-examination and the important basis for admission, and those who fail to pass the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted; To improve the classification selection mechanism, it is necessary to improve the quality of selection as the core, further improve and perfect the re-examination assessment and evaluation mechanism, improve the scientific and effective re-examination, and promote high-level top-notch innovative talents to stand out.

(2) Adhere to strict management to ensure fairness and justice. Strict re-examination, adjustment and admission management, adhere to the principle of "selecting the best admission, preferring the poor over the poor", ensure that the re-examination work is standardized and orderly, and resolutely safeguard the fairness and justice of the national education examination.

(3) Adhere to the people-oriented, optimize the service of candidates. Timely release the work methods of re-examination, adjustment and admission of the unit to ensure smooth communication of information and timely answer questions for candidates.

(4)Strengthen leadership to ensure security and stability. Implement the main responsibility, strengthen emergency response, strengthen public opinion response, strengthen the examination and submission of admission data, and ensure the safety, smooth and stable process of re-examination.

Iv. Method and content of the re-examination (full score of the re-examination is 300)

The re-examination in our hospital adopts the method of on-site re-examination. In the first stage, a volunteer candidate will be re-tested, the list of re-tests is attached; In the second stage, transfer candidates will be re-tested. Please refer to the official website of the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering of Shenzhen University for the follow-up of the second stage re-test.

(I) Re-examination subjects

1. Professional second interview, full score 100, in the form of an interview.

2. Comprehensive interview, full score 120.

3. English test, including English speaking and listening test, full score of 80, in the form of an interview.

(II) Main contents of the second interview

1. Comprehensive quality and ability

(1) Ideological and political quality, moral character, etc.;

(2) study, scientific research, social practice (student work, club activities, volunteer service, etc.) or actual work performance outside the discipline (major);

(3) Conscientiousness, sense of responsibility, discipline (law-abiding), cooperation and mental health;

(4) humanistic quality;

(5) Manners, expression and etiquette, etc.

2. Professional quality and ability

(1) Undergraduate study and performance;

(2) Comprehensively assess the candidates' mastery of theoretical knowledge and applied skills of the subject (major), their ability to analyze and solve problems by using the theories they have learned, their understanding of the development dynamics of the subject and their potential for development in the professional field;

(3) Foreign language listening, speaking and writing ability and literature reading ability;

(4) Innovative spirit and innovative ability.

(5) The academic degree focuses on examinees' mastery and application of subject knowledge and their academic innovation potential, while the professional degree focuses on examinees' comprehensive practical quality, ability to use professional knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems, and career development potential.

V. Admission Principles

(I) Strictly implement enrollment policies and regulations, strictly enforce enrollment discipline, adhere to fairness and justice, and safeguard the good reputation of graduate enrollment and the credibility of the national graduate education enrollment examination system.

(II) According to the enrollment indicators issued by the school, according to the candidates' re-examination batch, total score (total score = preliminary examination score + re-examination score), combined with the candidates' usual academic performance, ideological and political performance, professional quality and physical health status to determine the proposed admission list. The total score of the re-examination is kept in two decimal places, and the admission is from high score to low score according to the total score. If the total score is the same, the admission is from high score to low score according to the total score of the re-examination, the total score of the interview, the total score of the preliminary business course, the total score of the preliminary foreign language course, the first business course of the preliminary business course, the second business course of the preliminary business course. Candidates of the "College Student Soldier Program" are admitted on the basis of merit. Candidates with a total score of more than 60% in the re-examination are admitted.

(III) The determination of the proposed admission list shall be consistent with the majors published in the directory of admission majors of the current year.

(IV) Under any of the following circumstances, admission will not be accepted:

1. Ideological and political quality and moral character examination results are not qualified;

2. The total score of the re-examination is lower than 60% of the full score of the re-examination;

3. Those who fail to submit the re-examination materials within the time limit or falsify the materials;

4. Those who do not go to the designated hospital of our school for physical examination or fail to pass the physical examination;

5. Applicants who have accepted applicants from other schools;

6. Those who fail to obtain the undergraduate graduation certificate before the admission of the new master students in the year of admission will be disqualified (except those who are admitted with the same academic status).

7. Those who fail to submit targeted employment contracts or personnel files within the time limit;

8. Violation of the Letter of Commitment for a Second Examination.

VI.the second interview discipline

Strictly in accordance with relevant regulations, seriously investigate and punish violations of discipline. Candidates with violations in the re-examination process, once verified, shall be seriously dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Treatment of Violations in the National Education Examination" and "Interim Measures for the Treatment of Violations in the Enrollment of Ordinary colleges and Universities", cancel the admission qualification, and be recorded in the "Examinee Integrity File". Within 3 months after enrollment, a comprehensive review of all candidates shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. If the student fails to pass the review, his/her school status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be transferred to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
